The 2019 Centennial District Merit Badge College will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Flanders Building, 3101 S. Flanders Street, Aurora, CO 80015.

Online registration begins September 6, 2019 and continues until October 9, 2019. Classes are on a "First Come, First Served" basis, so the earlier you register, the more likely you will be able to sign up the the Merit Badge classes you want. Walk-in's are discouraged, as most of the classes are full by the date of the event. You will have until midnight Thursday, October 9, 2019 to sign up!! Any changes after that will be done at the Merit Badge College Registration Desk.

We will accept walk-in if there is room in the class at a cost of $20.

At this merit badge college, we will be offering Scouts, with interests in STEM, the opportunity to take two NOVA activity programs (Whoosh and Mendel's Minions). Completion of the first activity program would result in the awarding of a NOVA patch and additional PI pins for completion of additional NOVA activities. Scouts desiring to pursue SuperNova awards should consider taking the required Scholarship merit badge being offered in period B.

Attending the class does NOT guarantee you'll earn the merit badge, as many of the merit badges have requirements that cannot be completed at merit badge college. The merit badge counselors generally make themselves available to work with the Scouts after college. The Scout can always finish the merit badge with a troop merit badge counselor.

Volunteers are needed to make this event a success. If you are attending Merit Badge College, please volunteer to be a merit badge counselor, assist a merit badge counselor, or help out at any of the other positions. Please contact Richard Hall to volunteer. Thanks in advance!

Due to room size at this location, we would like to discourage parents and siblings from attending. We will have an area set up in the gym for parents, however they should not expect to be able to sit in on the merit badge class.

Registration/check-in starts 30 minutes prior to class. Classes start promptly at the scheduled times. Please be ready for an on-time class start.

Class List and Availability (Please keep in mind that no more than 3 Eagle Required Merit Badge Classes can be taken during the college)
